Substitute Learning Guides play a critical role in ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining a positive, structured classroom environment in the absence of the primary Learning Guide.
This role is ideal for individuals who are adaptable, proactive, and aligned with Meliora’s mission and culture. Substitutes may be called on for short-term or extended assignments across content areas.
